Mrs. Lynch began her career in the commercial Ag industry working for Global Ag, when it was American Ag, in 2016. She started as an Assistant Project Manager and has grown since then through many other roles as Office Manager, Lead Assistant Project Manager, and Archivist. Her skills include project coordination/timeline management, logistics, customer service, marketing, report writing, and office management.

Mrs. Lynch has also been an integral part of the BioAg PRO program. Durham Technical Community College has partner with Global Agricultural Development Corporation and North Carolina State University to launch a new Bio-Agricultural Program Readiness Opportunity (BioAg Pro), a short-term training program for high school graduates interested in agriculture and plant sciences workforces. Ms. Lynch has designed the curriculum, taken the lead on our website and communication efforts, and instructed the BioAg Technology course at Durham Tech.

Mrs. Lynch holds a B.S. degree from Ferrum College.
